This is an independent project information website for Parkside Residences at Setia Federal Hill. It is not the official website of S P Setia, Mitsui Fudosan or Setia MF SFH Development Sdn Bhd.

Website administration and advertising costs are managed by Goyang Kaki Enterprise. Property enquiries and real estate services are handled by Tan Yee Hong (REN 70710) under IQI Realty Sdn Bhd (E(1)1584).

Information we collect

The enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message from your optional name, requested information and preferred unit type. It does not submit these details to a website database. We receive your message and WhatsApp contact details only when you send it in WhatsApp.

How we use your information

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, share current project information, discuss available units and arrange a sales gallery visit if requested.

If you continue to WhatsApp, WhatsApp and Meta apply their own privacy terms. This website may also use services such as Google Analytics or Google Ads conversion measurement to understand visits and enquiry actions.
